Thrown out of the French Foreign Legion for attempting to enlist underage, Warren Weisman went on to ride a Harley-Davidson chopper with the Hells Angels. He has been a bush pilot in Alaska and worked as a carpenter, heavy equipment mechanic and power plant operator. 

Warren is a bioenergy expert and inventor who specializes in lost technologies from history to meet tomorrow's energy needs. He enjoys learning to play Irish fiddle.

Inspired by Thoreau, he spent two years in a remote cabin along Alaska's Talkeetna River with his son, Wyatt. They coexisted peacefully among the state's highest concentration of giant Alaskan brown bears, within view of Denali, The Great One, what is commonly known as Mt. McKinley. It was there that work on Apollo's Arrow was completed.
